Our calculator is designed specifically with group road trips and travel in mind, but can also be used on dates, weekend meetups, and the like. With up to 90 entries per person, the spreadsheet provides ample space for tallying multiple shared expenses from a trip or vacation, such as airfare, hotels, gas, food, tickets, tours, events, etc.

Works without internet connectivity - our calculator is not an app. Rather, it downloads as an Excel spreadsheet, which can be saved and used offline from a laptop, tablet, or phone and during your trip. Can also uploaded to your preferred cloud drive for use as a shareable, collaborative file (if the feature is supported by your cloud provider). Either way, the flexibility of the file format allows you to fill it out as you go, fill it out at the very end, or collaboratively fill it out in the cloud.
